An order confirmation does not guarantee that an order can be fulfilled. If we cannot fulfill an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.
5. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed, except where required by law or when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. Pre-Orders
Certain products may be available for pre-order before regular production or availability.
By purchasing a pre-order product, you acknowledge that:
- The product may still be in development or production.

- Your payment may be collected before the product ships.
- Pre-orders are final sale except where otherwise required by law.
If Brickcity is unable to fulfill a pre-order, the affected customer will receive a refund.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guarantees.
Brickcity is not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, supply-chain disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photographs.
When appropriate, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another reasonable resolution.

Brickcity’s name, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, product designs, written content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Brickcity and may be protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, or commercially use Brickcity intellectual property without permission.
