Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During product launches, limited releases, special events, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and available shipping options.

Any applicable taxes and additional charges will also be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside Brickcity’s control.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order products have different fulfillment timelines from in-stock products.

Estimated shipping dates will be provided on the applicable product page. Because pre-order products may still be in development, manufacturing, or production, estimated shipping dates may change.

If there is a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to provide customers with an update.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows an issue with delivery, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.

Local Pickup

When local pickup is offered, availability and pickup instructions will be displayed at checkout or provided after your order is placed.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.

Final Sale

All sales are final. Please review your order and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
