All sales are final.

Brickcity does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review product details, sizing, colors, quantities, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the problem. If we determine that the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Brickcity will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are also final sale. By placing a pre-order, you understand that the product may still be in production and that estimated shipping or delivery dates may change.
